Located in the centre of the township, Mount Macedon Trading Post is a hub of community activity.

Our café is an excellent spot to stop and rest in the beautiful surrounds of Mount Macedon. Close to local attractions such as the Memorial Cross, Sanatorium Lake and just a short trip from Hanging Rock. There are open gardens to visit, galleries, nurseries and more.

Christine Walker was a familiar face and friend to many in the Macedon Ranges community, especially here in her hometown of Mount Macedon and the Trading Post, where she always brought a smile and engaging conversation. Her kindness and generosity touched everyone who knew her.

A funeral service to celebrate Christine’s life will be held at Jubilee Hall, 52 Smith Street, Macedon, on Thursday, 14 August at 10:30am. Burial will follow at Macedon Cemetery.

All who knew Christine are welcome to attend and share in remembering her.
